Orchard
Our orchard currently consists of:
  • Pecan trees
  • Plum trees
  • Peach trees
  • Apple trees
We had a good crop of Apples,Pears and
Figs this year.  Elaine has been making
Apple Butter and freezing apples for pies.  
She is just starting to make pear preserves
and pear butter,  I ate all the figs!
